Continued Quality Assurance
After the caregiver has been placed in the home, administration does not simply step aside - we continue to oversee each case. As a part of this on-going assessment, we'll make scheduled and unscheduled visits to ensure the enacted plan is working well for everyone involved. If necessary, we can always make adjustments. The plan's effectiveness and the satisfaction of our clients are our top priority.
In addition, The CareGiver's Choice will assign a senior case manager. This staff member will become your primary contact and will monitor all aspects of our service relationship. They make sure that you do NOT get lost with the process and will be available to address your concerns, provide you updates and answer your questions. We pride ourselves on being good listeners, especially when it comes to long distance situations where the adult children no longer live in Western New York with their mother or father.
